From September 1 to 21, 2017 in a suburb of the city of Anapa (Russia), at KARAKETZIDIS WINNERY ESTATE, the international program “Art Snergie” is being implemented, which includes workshops and outdoor ceramics. For this purpose, a unique combustion wood oven (Noborigama) was built and designed by the Claude Aussage French clay.
The idea of implementing this project belongs to Ceramics Studio 4Ra ceramics artists – Elena Ilyusenko and Alexander Ssiyojev.
12 artists-ceramists create their works on the winery. They arrived from various regions of Russia, Georgia, France, Greece, represented by the Eytyxia Mora from Volos and Marianna Goudunova, from Larissa (sister City of Anapa) and Elena Ilyusondok.
Marianna Goudunova, the ceramicist of Larissa, first lit the oven!
The Greek artists sent to the conference the Council of the Hellenic-Russian Cultural Association of Friendship and Cooperation of Magnesia, a member of which is the Hellenic Spirit.
There is a tradition before launching a new Noborigam, giving it a female name.
Noborigam was named in Greek “Good Luck”!
September 21st will be the presentation of the projects.
We wish all participants to creative success!
