Stefanos Chatzoulis graduated in Civil Engineering from TE Athens in 1997 and he has since worked in a technical office. In 2007 he funded “X-G lab+development”, an Engineers Group Company, which undertook the design, supervision and construction of numerous private projects. The projects undertaken include townhouses, condominiums, apartment complexes, office buildings, industrial buildings and crafts.
Company’s goal, is to help environment protection through building design improvement. With his team he received several Certificates: European Passive House Designer (PHI), Infrared Thermograph (ITC), Building energy supervisor (YPEKA), Building controller (YPEKA). He is a member of IPHA, PassREg and HPHI.
He speaks German and English.
